The Opportunity
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead and shape the future of our product experiences—particularly across consumer-facing features and operator tools. In this high-impact role, you will work cross-functionally to create compelling user experiences and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to deliver innovative solutions that solve real customer problems and align with our strategic goals.
What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, discovery, definition, delivery, and measurement.
  • Lead the creation of product roadmaps, defining vision, outcomes, and OKRs in alignment with company goals.
  • Drive execution on both net-new feature development and continuous iteration of existing products.
  • Partner with UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams to craft delightful and impactful user experiences.
  • Gather and analyse data to surface actionable insights; define success metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Identify and resolve complex functional, technical, or business quality challenges across the product surface.
  • Apply strong judgment in prioritisation, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Shape how we work: continuously improve product development processes and introduce best practices for scale.
  • Influence product strategy beyond your immediate domain, contributing to broader product thinking at Bókun.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of solving complex problems and delivering outcomes (B2B experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity toward clear product goals and outcomes.
  • Expertise in using data, experimentation, and qualitative research to inform product decisions.
  • Experience working on customer-facing web platforms or SaaS products.
  • Deep curiosity for user needs, strong product intuition, and a desire to build simple, elegant solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action and execution.

Location: The ideal candidate would be located in the United Kingdom (hybrid or remote)
Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a mission-driven team reshaping the tours & activities space for operators around the world.
  • Work in an agile, supportive environment with the autonomy to drive your own domain.

  • Flexible schedule. Work-life balance is ingrained in our culture by design. Trust and accountability make it work.
  • Donation matching. Give back? Give more! We match qualifying charitable donations annually.
  • Tuition assistance. Want to level up your career? We love to hear it! Receive annual support for qualified programs.
  • Lifestyle benefit. An annual benefit to spend on yourself. Use it on travel, wellness, or whatever suits you.
  • Travel perks. We believe that travel is employee development, so we provide discounts and more.
  • Employee assistance program. We’re here for you with resources and programs to help you through life’s challenges.
  • Health benefits. We offer great coverage and competitive premiums.

Our Values

  • We aspire to lead. Tap into your talent, ambition, and knowledge to bring us – and you – to new heights.
  • We’re relentlessly curious. We push beyond the usual, the known, the “that’s just how it’s done.”
  • We’re better together. We learn from, accept, respect, support, and value one another– and are creating something remarkable in the process.
  • We serve our customers, always. We listen, question, respond, and strive for wow moments.
  • We strive for better, not perfect. We won’t get it right the first time – or every time. We’ll provide a safe environment in which to make mistakes, iterate, improve, and grow.
  • Our workplace is for everyone, as is our people powered platform. At Tripadvisor, we want you to bring your unique identities, abilities, and experiences, so we can collectively revolutionize travel and together find the good out there.
