Position Overview
Bókun is seeking a passionate and results‑oriented Community & Customer Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing a vibrant community around the Bókun brand, both online and offline, to drive customer success, engagement and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a Bókun Community: You will develop and implement strategies to create a space where tour and attraction businesses can learn, network, and grow.
- Drive Customer Success: You will design and execute programs (webinars, newsletters, social content) to reactivate our Free supplier base and educate and engage new customers.
- Fuel Growth Through Referrals: Collaborate with product to enhance brand and product affinity, driving a significant increase in customer referrals.
- Social Media Champion: You will develop and implement a content strategy to increase reach, engagement, and ultimately drive qualified leads.
- Multi‑faceted Marketing Expertise: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate community initiatives into broader campaigns and leverage Tripadvisor's resources for co‑marketing opportunities.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Proactively identify new trends and opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record of building and nurturing online communities.
