What You'll Do

Viasat leases out its satellite spectrum to customers who need complete ownership and control of their communication solutions. The leases operate over our satellite fleet and serve a wide range of uses, from keeping autonomous vehicles on track to enabling government agencies to protect lives wherever they may be operating in the world. As a Lease Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for smooth delivery of leases for our Commercial and Government customers—from order submission in Salesforce through to contract end. You will validate the commercial details entered for each lease order and apply the key financial control that ensures requests are complete, correct, and ready to bill, ensuring clear, auditable evidence of the checks you perform. You will keep work moving across the lease process, remove blockers when a request deviates, and make sure billing outputs are delivered on time ahead of the final monthly bill run. Your work has direct, real‑world impact. It enables accurate, timely revenue collection, reduces billing errors and ensures the integrity of our financial reporting. You will maintain the Leasing Request function within Salesforce as the single source of truth, produce the monthly delivery reports, and lead the Lease Delivery Status review, tracking actions, and escalating risks early so stakeholders can act. You will also respond to audit evidence requests and provide training to teams that interact with the process. This role gives you broad exposure and collaboration opportunities. You will partner closely with Finance Operations, Viasat Commercial Services and Viasat Government, Sales Operations, Legal, and Product. You will champion continuous improvement, specifying enhancements such as process automation and help assist the introduction of new lease products as well as navigating through operational changes smoothly.

Day-to-day

• Review and confirm new lease submissions in Salesforce, verifying commercial details and ensuring requests are thorough and precise.
• Monitor the progress of each lease through the process, resolving issues quickly and keeping collaborators informed.
• Prepare and present billing outputs before the monthly bill run, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate and update monthly delivery reports for Finance Operations.
• Lead the Lease Delivery Status review meeting, set the agenda, track actions and raise risks where needed.
• Respond quickly to audit evidence requests and keep clear, well-organized records.
• Modify the Leasing Request feature in Salesforce to accommodate new products or customer information.
• Provide training to individuals that interact with the lease process.

What You'll Need

• Experience in process coordination, order management or billing operations, ideally in a fast‑paced environment with month‑end deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills, with the ability to preserve accurate, audit‑ready documentation.
• Confidence in applying financial controls to verify commercial details and provide clear evidence of adherence.
• Ability to meet service level agreements and performance targets while handling competing priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence and build relationships across finance, commercial and technical teams.
• To work in London office at least two days per week.
