What you'll do
As a senior manager in Viasat's Growth Analytics team, you will guide a high-impact team of Analytics Engineers and Analysts to build reliable data models, scalable data products, and intuitive self-service tools powered by AI. You will collaborate with peers to shape and implement a data product roadmap while ensuring smooth daily operations of the team and platform. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead an influential area while remaining hands-on with complex and rewarding data challenges.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Analytics Engineering experience with BigQuery, DBT, and Prefect or similar.
- Demonstrate leadership: A passion for mentoring and coaching with a delivery mentality; experience using Agile techniques in data.
- Exhibit collaboration: Ability to build cross-functional relationships and deep understanding of relevant adjacent domains.
