What You'll Do

Looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high performing team? With this role, you'll help:

  • Drive reporting initiatives from requirements gathering to creation and sustainment of operational dashboards, metric scorecards, and recurring reports
  • Develop and implement automation strategy to ensure timely publishing of data suitable for our stakeholders
  • Track, trend, and analyze historical pattern(s) delineating seasonality from non-recurring events to normalize historical contacts for use in future workforce planning
  • Perform varying analysis of products, projects, and programs, and summarize conclusions concisely with clear calls to action or areas of concern to monitor
  • Collaborate with business area SMEs on cross-functional customer journey end-to-end analysis
  • Work with core team members to divide and conquer inbound workload and deliver outputs to stakeholders from all levels of the company
  • Participate as a team member on project driven initiatives to meet key milestones, deadlines and perform post-mortem analysis on what worked well and not so well, identifying areas for improvement on the next initiative

The day-to-day

The day to day can vary significantly depending on the current priorities of the business. This could include but not be limited to:

  • Performing discovery on a new data set
  • Developing a sustained report or dashboard
  • Analyzing existing data looking for new trends/correlations
  • Collaborating multi-functionally with various teams around the company to tackle a new product/project
  • Providing and receiving feedback from team members on new development

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related study or additional equivalent work experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities, demonstrated through related work experience
  • Outstanding decision making, active listening and consultation skills
  • Ability to work both cooperatively with all levels of management, persons of differing skills and as an individual contributor
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to understand the strategic and tactical link between business processes and the financial success of the business
  • Flexible to work on multiple projects/assignments at once when there is no ability to handle a single ask from start to finish
  • Proficient in SQL (ie. PostGRES, BigQuery) for data mining and ETL work from various data sources and relational databases
  • Knowledgeable in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) specifically Composer/BigQuery
  • Proficiency in Python for ETL automation is a plus
  • Experience creating compelling visualizations in the form of operational dashboards in Tableau or Power BI with clear goals/SLAs stated and visuals stating success or failure
  • Solid critical thinking/investigative skills and ability to garner insights based on limited-to-no requirements
  • Expert in translating metrics and reporting concepts to all levels of the organization
  • Excellent time management skills with proven track record of effectively managing large, complex projects on time and to completion
  • UK citizen or permanent resident with an ability to work without sponsorship

What Will Help You On The Job

  • Contact Center background would speed up the learning process
  • Solid understanding of Contact Center tools including IVR, Workforce Management, Quality Management, Field Service Management, Sales and Customer Relationship Management systems
  • A passion for learning more and expanding soft skills to other analytical and data science tools through online resources like Udemy and YouTube
  • Telecom or Satcom background preferred
