Responsibilities may include:
- Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
- Financial oversight of program.
Requirements for this position include:
- Four-year degree in social services or a related field with four years of I/O Waiver experience. Degree can be waived for eight years of experience in I/O Waiver Services.
- A minimum of three years supervisory/management experience.
- Excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria.
- Full personal automobile insurance coverage.
