What we’re looking for
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for a Lead Practitioner Psychologist to provide clinical supervision to a range of our drug and alcohol services. The post will also include focused psychological input to our Kingston service, providing consultancy, supervision, training and support for our group programme. The post-holder will be part of a thriving psychology team that meets regularly to provide support, CPD opportunities, share learning and collaborate to implement the shared vision for psychologically informed practice across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to our services, including young people services (supervision can be online where geographically challenging).
- Dedicate up to three days a week to providing supervision to these services.
- Embed one day a week in the Kingston service, playing a key role in shaping culture and processes.
- Support clinical case management, consultancy, reflective practice, training, and the group programme within a multidisciplinary team.
- Help ensure that psychological thinking is embedded throughout our work and support development through consultancy, reflective practice, supervision, training and group programme support.
