Responsibilities

As Hospital Liaison Nurse you will bridge acute healthcare services with specialist community addiction services, ensuring patients receive seamless, compassionate support when they need it most. You will provide expert advice, advocate for safe, person‑centred care, and collaborate with a vibrant team of clinicians across Via’s national workforce. You will participate in regular meetings for peer support, case discussion and CPD.
