What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an Administrator/Receptionist for our Kingston Service.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first face of the service, providing a warm and professional welcome to users, professionals and local partners.
- Manage a busy reception and switchboard, taking and processing referrals and assessments, correspondence, invoices and petty cash.
- Ensure the security, tidiness and health and safety of the premises, including completing regular risk assessments and coordinating repairs or maintenance.
- Assist with performance and service quality: data collection, record auditing under guidance of the Data Manager.
- Support service user involvement, volunteers and peer mentors.
- Minute multi‑disciplinary meetings.
Qualifications
We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A good listener, curious and motivated to make a difference.
