A new role has opened within our Data Insight team! You will turn data into actionable insights for both internal teams and external customers, confidently engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations that drive better decisions. You will help retain and enhance our Volume Recovery Service by continually adding value and improving the quality of reporting. This is a chance to make a real impact on Vianet Group's Business Intelligence while working closely with the Head of Insight Services.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing customers with intelligence and analysis to help them make better decisions
- Owning personal workload in its entirety
- Managing and maintaining standard Volume Recovery reporting and procedures
- Supporting the Head of Insight Services in developing new advanced reporting products
- Providing testing and playing a key role in the development and identification of improvement for software development
- Applying continuous improvement methodologies to ensure our reporting/practices are fit for purpose
Essential experience skills you will need to have:
- Competent in Excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Report building and development experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience in the pub industry
- The ability to show initiative and be proactive
- Good general knowledge in other Microsoft Office Applications: PowerPoint, Word
- Previous experience in a data handling environment
