Job Description

In this position, you will be involved in orchestrating advanced financial planning, forecasting, and analytical processes to support informed strategic decision-making at Vialto.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  1. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts projecting the company’s future financial performance, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, cash flow analysis, and budgeting.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to create, monitor, and manage the company’s annual budget.
  3. Analyze budget variances and provide insights to help departments meet their financial targets.
  4. Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insightfulness.
  5. Assist in the development of the company’s strategic plan by providing financial analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations to support long-term growth and profitability goals.
  6. Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement, and present findings to management for informed decision-making.
  7. Conduct cost-benefit analysis, cost allocation, and cost control initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.

Qualifications

  1. Qualified Accountant with 5 – 10 years PQE.
  2. Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  3. Strong business acumen and focus on working capital management.
  4. Practical and commercial approach to problem solving and analysis.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proactive; always a self-starter.
  7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  8. Collaborative and diplomatic approach when dealing with Business Leadership, the Controller organization, Treasury, Tax, IT, or colleagues.
  9. Able to leverage available technology tools.
