Shape the Future of Global Rewards. Vialto Rewards is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our growing Global Payroll & Rewards practice. This is an opportunity to help multinational organisations transform how they manage payroll, compensation, equity, employment tax and workforce rewards across a complex global landscape. Working with some of the world's leading organisations, you will combine strategic advisory capabilities, operational excellence and technology-enabled solutions to help clients simplify global workforce challenges and unlock greater value from their rewards programs.

As a senior leader within the practice, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, leading complex global engagements, driving commercial growth and contributing to the continued development of Vialto's market-leading Rewards proposition. Leveraging VialtoComp and our broader technology ecosystem, you will help clients improve governance, enhance compliance, drive efficiencies and gain greater visibility across their global rewards operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Executive Client Leadership: Serve as the trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders including Heads of Global Payroll, Total Rewards leaders, HR Transformation leaders and Finance stakeholders. Build long-term strategic relationships by understanding client priorities, anticipating future needs and delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead Complex Global Engagements: Direct large, multi-country payroll and rewards engagements, ensuring delivery excellence while managing risk, governance, stakeholder expectations and financial performance. Provide strategic oversight across payroll operations, compensation administration, equity-related processes, employment tax considerations and broader workforce rewards programs.
  • Drive Transformation and Advisory Services: Lead payroll and rewards transformation initiatives, helping clients redesign operating models, improve governance frameworks, enhance controls and optimise service delivery models. Advise clients on future-state payroll and rewards strategies, technology roadmaps and transformation opportunities.
  • Commercial Growth and Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new service opportunities across payroll, compensation, equity, employment tax and managed services offerings. Support business development activities, client proposals, solution design, pricing discussions and pursuit teams. Contribute to pipeline development and achievement of broader practice growth objectives.
  • Technology and Innovation Leadership: Champion technology-enabled delivery by leveraging VialtoComp and related platforms to improve operational efficiency, automation, reporting and workforce insights. Work with product and technology teams to shape future enhancements and identify opportunities to create scalable, repeatable client solutions.
  • Data and Strategic Insights: Lead the interpretation of payroll, compensation and rewards data to generate actionable insights for clients. Help organisations make more informed decisions around workforce costs, compliance, governance and rewards effectiveness.
  • Practice Development: Support the development of new methodologies, market propositions, delivery models and service offerings across the Rewards practice. Collaborate with practice leadership to strengthen our market positioning and expand our integrated Rewards capabilities.
  • People Leadership: Lead, coach and develop geographically dispersed teams, creating a high-performance culture focused on client success, innovation and continuous improvement. Act as a mentor to Managers and emerging leaders while supporting recruitment, talent development and succession planning.
