Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Share Schemes Manager, to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and some of our global share scheme initiatives. If you\âre passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally (equity compensation), then this is your chance to make an immediate impact!
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead with Expertise: Use your knowledge of share scheme programs (stock options, RSUs, performanceâbased awards) to help clients manage their plans from a tax and strategic perspective to drive results globally.
- Client Partner: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advising on share scheme compensation matters and mentoring junior team members to elevate their professional growth.
- Optimise Systems: Use your experience with share scheme administration platforms and other tools to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing global programs.
What Weâre Looking For
- Extensive experience in global share plans and a track record of working with crossâborder compensation programs.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams.
- Strong problemâsolving skills, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios.
- A handsâon leader who can review team output and provide mentorship.

Qualifications
Must Have
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience managing multiâcountry share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with global share schemes platforms and integrations.
- Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
Nice to Have
- Understanding of global tax and payroll implications.
- Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
