Job Description

As a Manager in our Business Travel implementation, engagement management and support team, you’ll work with international clients to manage their global business travel compliance programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day‑to‑day operational contact for assigned clients, working with Managers, Senior Managers and Directors working on the clients with you.
  • Support the project management of the implementation of our business travel technology.
  • Respond to operational queries and elevate issues as appropriate.
  • Stay updated with the latest versions and features of our business travel offerings.
  • Support implementation of client‑specific requirements.
  • Participate in governance and operational review meetings.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional updates to client contacts during implementation and business as usual.
  • Help manage client service delivery expectations.
  • Contribute to service excellence across assigned client engagements.
  • Support compliance processes and contribute to continuous improvement of our business travel compliance programmes.
  • Understand the breadth of Vialto services and participate in business development opportunities.
  • Support the financial management of assigned engagements.

Experience

  • 4–5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in managing business travel compliance within an organization or as a professional service for other organizations (beneficial but not crucial).
  • Experience in global mobility (e. g. global coordination, immigration advisory, tax advisory) is beneficial but not crucial.
