As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of associates, senior associates, and managers, along with a small offshore team made up of problem solvers with extensive global consulting, consular, and immigration experience, helping our clients solve their complex immigration issues from strategy to execution. Innovation forms a critical part of the role, and you will be asked to continually reassess how we deliver immigration services to ensure the best experience for our clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above.
  • Manage day to day operations on global consular accounts.
  • Manage our in‑house and external network of immigration experts around the world.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients regarding business travel, business visa applications, legalisations, apostilles, and other consular and immigration related applications.
  • Be very closely involved in the financial management of clients, ensuring that your portfolio is profitable and meeting the target margins.
  • Oversight and training of the team on financial acumen across the client portfolio.
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
  • Develop your own and team’s technical acumen.
  • Management, oversight and delivery of large projects.
  • Contribute and develop products and efficiencies alongside our technology expert team to gain efficiencies and improve client experience.
  • Train, coach, and supervise Associates and Senior Associates as well as offshore team.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience managing the delivery of Consular services to corporate and private clients.
  • Strong consular and immigration experience including business visas, business travel requirements, legalisation processes, etc.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Able to demonstrate resilience, self‑motivation and a positive can‑do attitude.
  • Hard working and committed to completing tasks well with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to confidentially deal with demanding situations, people and requirements.
  • Proven organisational skills.
  • Clear, articulate and confident written and verbal communication skills that do not require review.
  • Primarily a team player but able to work under own initiative.
  • Proficient in use of standard office software.
