We’re looking for a Global Share Schemes Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and our global share scheme initiatives. What You’ll Do
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Client Delivery & Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
- Compliance & Risk Oversight: Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation and coordinate year‑end reporting for equity programs globally.
- Equity Program Management: Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements and client objectives.
- Team Development: Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Insights & Analytics: Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance and market trends.
Qualifications
Must Have
- 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward or related field.
- Tax consulting background (e.g., Big 4, law firm or boutique advisory) with demonstrable client advisory experience.
- Experience managing multi‑country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
- Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA or equivalent).
Nice to Have
- Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
- Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
