We’re looking for a Global Share Schemes Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and our global share scheme initiatives. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally (equity compensation), this is your chance to make an immediate impact. You’ll work as part of a truly global team operating under a hub model, with core professionals in the US, UK and Australia, and access to in‑country specialists in 70+ jurisdictions. What You’ll Do

  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Client Delivery & Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
  • Compliance & Risk Oversight: Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation and coordinate year‑end reporting for equity programs globally.
  • Equity Program Management: Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements and client objectives.
  • Team Development: Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
  • Insights & Analytics: Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance and market trends.

Qualifications

Must Have

  • 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward or related field.
  • Tax consulting background (e.g., Big 4, law firm or boutique advisory) with demonstrable client advisory experience.
  • Experience managing multi‑country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
  • Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA or equivalent).

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
  • Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
