Job Description
Vialto Partners is looking for a Senior Manager to join a rapidly growing team in our Employment Tax business.
We are looking for an individual with experience on a broad range of Employment Tax matters who is keen to develop and progress in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The individual would be comfortable leading client engagements, delivering across a broad range of complex areas, driving forward key initiatives within the team and supporting the development of the wider team. The successful candidate would also have a keen interest in business development and building market presence.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Using technical ability and practical experience to deliver technical and commercially focused advice, as well as helping the client to practically implement any proposed solutions.
Overseeing work in relation to a wide variety of employment tax advisory projects, varying from larger strategic projects through to risk and opportunity reviews.
Leading on a wide variety of employer compliance activities relating to areas such as off payroll working (including IR35) and employment status, termination payments, PAYE health checks and audits, HMRC\âs \âKnow Your Customer\â reviews, voluntary disclosures, PAYE Settlement Agreements and running projects relating to payroll advisory and pay governance, including National Living/Minimum Wage and Holiday Pay compliance.
Proactively engaging with clients and the market to develop new opportunities, managing and delivering work to a high standard and meeting deadlines.
Managing and developing client relationships through business development activities.
Staying up to date with evolving tax legislation and best practice and keeping clients informed of any changes.

Building and nurturing strong client and colleague relationships to foster longâterm partnerships and drive business growth.
Developing and implementing comprehensive employment tax strategies aligned to Vialto\âs wider objectives.
Working within a team both globally and nationally, whilst also being able to work independently.
Working collaboratively with the wider team to share best practice and knowledge.
Working with crossâfunctional teams and leading employment tax projects.
Supervising junior staff on a dayâtoâday basis, whilst overseeing their personal and technical development.

QualificationsThe candidate will have practical experience of the areas outlined above with a strong background in Employment Tax.
Certification(s) Preferred: ACA / ATT / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA), Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training or individuals with a Law qualification are welcome to apply.
