Job Summary
We are seeking a results‑oriented Immigration Transformation Manager to lead high‑impact projects shaping and optimising our service delivery model. The role blends deep immigration expertise, project management, and transformational leadership.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to transform the current immigration service delivery model, aligning with business objectives.
- Process Re‑engineering: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows, leading process re‑engineering using Lean Six Sigma to increase productivity and quality.
- Technology Integration: Champion digital transformation initiatives, oversee selection and implementation of new technologies, automation, and case management software.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition to new models, addressing cultural shifts and minimizing resistance.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and implement KPIs and performance metrics to measure success of the transformed delivery model.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with IT, HR, Legal, and other departments for seamless integration of new processes and systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent). Professional certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, GMS) highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in corporate immigration at a global law firm, with at least 3 years in a management role, demonstrating process improvement or transformation projects.
- Expertise: Extensive, up‑to‑date knowledge of national and international immigration laws, policies, KPI/SLA contractual demands and procedures.
- Project & Change Management: Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and drive organisational change.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and data analysis skills, understanding how KPI and SLA are tracked.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.
- Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency with immigration case management software/CRM tools; strong general technological literacy.
- Interest in AI applications in professional services preferred.
