Job DescriptionAs a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative digital products that support Vialto’s global mobility services. Working closely with Engineering, Technology, Design, Data and Global Mobility specialists, you will own the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through to delivery, launch and continuous improvement.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global organization and help shape the future of technology-enabled Global Mobility.Work closely with Product, Technology, Engineering, Design, Data and Global Mobility stakeholders to identify opportunities and define product priorities.Lead products through the full lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, accessible and engaging user experiences.Use data, customer feedback and market insights to measure product performance and inform product decisions.Work with QA and delivery teams to ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered effectively.Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure successful product delivery and deployment.Identify and manage product risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.Contribute to Agile ways of working, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and product reviews.Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry developments and trends within Global Mobility to identify opportunities for innovation.For Senior Product Managers, provide coaching and support to Product Managers and contribute to the development of product management practices across Vialto.What we're looking forWe are looking for a customer-focused, commercially minded and collaborative Product Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation and solving complex business problems.Proven experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management or a similar product-focused role.Strong understanding of product strategy, discovery, roadmap development and prioritisation.Experience working closely with Engineering, Technology, UX/UI, Data and QA teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.A strong customer-centric mindset and understanding of user experience principles.Experience using data and customer insights to inform product decisions.Experience working within an Agile environment.Senior Product ManagerFor the Senior Product Manager level, we would additionally expect:Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect product strategy to measurable business outcomes.Experience mentoring or developing Product Managers.A track record of delivering measurable customer, operational or commercial impact through product innovation.We encourage our people to bring their true selves, share their unique talents and expertise, and make a positive impact on the communities we serve.Department:Software Engineer
