Are you ready to help shape the future of global rewards? Vialto Rewards is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Manager to join our growing Global Payroll and Rewards team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of payroll, compensation, equity, employment tax, technology, and workforce transformation.
As part of Vialto Rewards, you will help multinational organisations design, manage and operate complex global rewards programs while leveraging VialtoComp, our market-leading technology platform, to deliver greater accuracy, control, compliance, and insight. You will work alongside global specialists, local payroll professionals, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that simplify global workforce challenges for our clients.

Your Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for multiple global clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service across payroll, compensation, rewards and workforce transformation engagements.
- Global Payroll and Rewards Delivery: Manage and oversee end-to-end global payroll and rewards processes, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to KPIs and SLAs, and a consistent client experience across jurisdictions.
- Advisory and Transformation: Support clients in improving payroll, compensation and rewards operating models by identifying opportunities to enhance governance, controls, efficiency, automation and compliance.
- Technology-Enabled Solutions: Leverage VialtoComp and related technologies to streamline processes, improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities and create scalable delivery solutions.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Utilise payroll, compensation and rewards data to provide meaningful analytics and business insights that help clients make informed workforce and rewards decisions.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Proactively identify and manage payroll, compensation, employment tax and regulatory risks while supporting year-end reporting, governance activities and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, payroll providers, equity vendors and third-party partners to ensure seamless delivery of integrated global rewards solutions.
- Project Management: Lead client implementations, transitions and transformational initiatives, ensuring successful execution, effective change management and delivery against agreed objectives.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Champion operational excellence by identifying opportunities for automation, standardisation and process optimisation while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Rewards practice.
- Team Leadership and Development: Coach, mentor and develop junior team members across a global delivery model, fostering collaboration, technical excellence and a culture of continuous learning.
