As a Manager in our Business Travel implementation, engagement management and support team, you’ll work with international clients to manage their global business travel compliance programmes.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a day-to-day operational contact for assigned clients, working with Managers, Senior Managers and Directors.
  • Support the project management of the implementation of our business travel technology.
  • Respond to operational queries and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Stay updated with the latest versions and features of our business travel offerings.
  • Support implementation of client-specific requirements.
  • Participate in governance and operational review meetings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional updates to client contacts during implementation and business as usual.
  • Help manage client service delivery expectations.
  • Contribute to service excellence across assigned client engagements.
  • Support compliance processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our business travel compliance programmes.
  • Understand the breadth of Vialto services and participate in business development opportunities.
  • Support the financial management of assigned engagements.

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in managing business travel compliance within an organization or as a professional service for other organizations beneficial but not crucial.
  • Experience in global mobility (e.g. global coordination, immigration advisory, tax advisory) is beneficial but not crucial.
