We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Share Schemes Manager, to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and some of our global share scheme initiatives. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally (equity compensation), then this is your chance to make an immediate impact!

Responsibilities
  • Lead with Expertise: Use your knowledge of share scheme programs (stock options, RSUs, performance-based awards) to help clients manage their plans from a tax and strategic perspective to drive results globally.
  • Client Partner: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advising on share scheme compensation matters and mentoring junior team members to elevate their professional growth.
  • Optimise Systems: Use your experience with share scheme administration platforms and other tools to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing global programs.

  • Extensive experience in global share plans and a track record of working with cross-border compensation programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios.
  • A hands-on leader who can review team output and provide mentorship.

QualificationsMust Have
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Tax consulting background (e.g., Big 4, law firm, or boutique advisory) with demonstrable client advisory experience.
  • Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with global share schemes platforms and integrations.
  • Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
Nice to Have
  • Understanding of global tax and payroll implications.
  • Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
