The Vialto Intelligence Product Director plays a critical role in shaping and evolving Vialto’s data, analytics, and insights capabilities. This role owns the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Vialto Intelligence to transform complex data into actionable insights aligned to business and client objectives. Sitting at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy, the role partners closely with engineering, analytics, design, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, trusted, and insight‑driven products.
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Vialto Intelligence (data, analytics, and insights) across the Vialto ecosystem.
- Translate business objectives into clear product outcomes, ensuring data products deliver measurable value.
- Define success metrics and KPIs, focusing on insight adoption, decision impact, and business outcomes.
- Identify and champion opportunities to introduce automation, advanced analytics, and AI‑enabled capabilities to enhance insights and reduce manual effort.
Discovery & Delivery
- Lead discovery activities to understand the needs of business leaders, client teams, and operational users.
- Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to convert insights and requirements into prioritised, well‑defined product increments.
- Balance short‑term insight needs with long‑term platform and data strategy.
- Manage backlog, prioritisation, and trade‑offs across stakeholder demands, data quality, and technical constraints.
Data, Insights & AI Enablement
- Ensure data products are built on strong foundations of data quality, governance, and consistency.
- Promote best practices in analytics, visualisation, and insight storytelling.
- Stay informed on emerging AI, machine learning, and analytics trends, assessing their relevance and practical application within the product portfolio.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product performance, usage, and feedback to continuously improve insight relevance and usability.
- Evolve products based on changing business priorities, user behaviour, and technological advancements.
- Contribute to the broader product practice, helping mature discovery methods, data‑driven decision‑making, and ways of working.
Qualifications / Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in data product management, or a closely related product‑led role.
- Strong passion for data and analytics, with experience delivering data‑intensive or insight‑driven products.
- Solid understanding of business objectives and the ability to translate them into meaningful data products.
- Experience working with complex or regulated data environments (e.g., finance, tax, payroll, HR, or professional services preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience using modern products, analytics, and collaboration tools, including AI‑enabled tools to accelerate outcomes.
This is a regular, full‑time position. This is a remote role. Location: New York, London. Open to areas for the best candidate. Compensation: $161,400 - $230,000 USD. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
