Vialto is the largest dedicated global mobility services firm in the world, supporting multinational organisations across immigration, business travel, tax, remote work, compensation, managed services, and social security. The firm was established in 2022, backed by CD&R, and is investing significantly in its product and technology capabilities to support growth and client delivery. Vialto is a market leader in Global Mobility Services. Our purpose is to “Connect the World.” We are unique and the only stand-alone global mobility business.

This role operates within an AI-first delivery model. The successful candidate will be expected to use AI tooling (such as Claude, Claude Code, and similar platforms) as part of their daily workflow for prototyping, data analysis, communication, and delivery acceleration. Proficiency with these tools is a core requirement, not a supplementary skill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Business Travel product roadmap, feature prioritisation, and prototype-to-production delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop evidence-based product proposals grounded in customer data, SME input, and market context.
  • Present options with explicit tradeoffs to support executive decision-making.
  • Ensure all product design complies with applicable regulatory requirements across immigration, tax, social security, and posted-worker obligations.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance leads on language, logic, and claims.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships on the Business Travel platform, including escalations, change requests, data quality issues, and integration support.
  • Lead client implementations and migrations, including requirements scoping, configuration, onboarding, and platform transitions.
  • Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
  • Translate client input into product decisions and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Oversee data flows from travel management companies, HRIS systems, and third-party platforms into the Business Travel platform.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues in coordination with engineering.
  • Manage vendor relationships relevant to the Business Travel product, including travel data providers, API partnerships, and compliance data sources.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform product decisions, including API response analysis, integration data validation, and client usage pattern identification.
  • Deliver structured reporting to senior stakeholders, including executive reviews, decision logs, and programme status updates.
  • Coordinate incident response for live platform issues, including root cause analysis, client communication, and remediation tracking.
  • Provide accurate product and technical content for RFP responses, ensuring capability claims reflect current state and planned roadmap.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with demonstrated delivery in a professional services, regulated, or compliance-intensive environment.
  • Demonstrated daily proficiency with AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent) applied to product delivery, analysis, and communication.
  • Experience managing live client relationships concurrently with new product development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce proposals, decision documentation, client correspondence, and compliance-sensitive content.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including working with API responses, structured datasets, and translating findings into product recommendations.
  • Experience with structured reporting, executive communication, and stakeholder management across business, legal, and technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, frame options, and drive decisions forward without requiring close direction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in global mobility, immigration, tax compliance, or business travel compliance.
  • Experience with integration management, including API design, data mapping, and TMC or HRIS system integrations.
  • Familiarity with prototyping and design tools (Claude Design, Figma, or equivalent) and version control systems.
  • Experience working with external consulting or delivery partners in a product development context.

Career Development

Business travel compliance is a growing area within global mobility, driven by increasing regulatory complexity across jurisdictions. This role carries direct executive visibility, including regular engagement with the CTO and senior business leadership. For high-performing candidates, the position offers a clear pathway to broader product portfolio ownership.
