Vialto Partners is a market leader in global mobility services. Our purpose is to 'Connect the world'. We are the only stand‑alone global mobility business, supporting multinational organizations with cross‑border compliance, tax, immigration, rewards, compensation, and remote work solutions. With over 7,000 colleagues globally and continued growth across regions, Vialto Partners offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where innovation, collaboration, and inclusion are central to how we work and grow together.

We are introducing a new EMEA Benefits Manager role to strengthen regional coverage, resiliency, and strategic execution across EMEA. This position is designed as a shared‑coverage/deputy role, partnering closely with the existing EMEA Benefits Manager to jointly manage the region and ensure continuity, scalability, and risk mitigation. EMEA is organized into two sub‑regions, aligned with how HR and Compensation operate today. Each leader will own a defined portfolio of countries while operating as a single, coordinated EMEA benefits leadership team. This role is not administrative. It is a strategic, hands‑on position requiring strong judgment, autonomy, and the ability to operate both in the details and at a regional leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Benefits Strategy & Shared Ownership: Co‑own the EMEA benefits strategy in partnership with the existing EMEA Benefits Manager. Act as primary owner for an assigned EMEA sub‑region while maintaining shared accountability for overall regional outcomes. Serve as deputy/backup to ensure continuity during absences, peak cycles, and complex initiatives. Reduce single‑point‑of‑failure risk through shared leadership and execution.
  • Program Design & Optimization: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of benefits and wellbeing programs across assigned EMEA countries. Ensure programs are compliant, market‑competitive, and aligned with Vialto’s global Total Rewards philosophy. Support harmonization and transformation initiatives where appropriate.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, TPAs, and consultants across assigned countries. Lead or support renewals, RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor performance oversight. Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Compliance, Risk & Continuity: Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., pensions, insurance mandates, statutory leave). Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact across assigned countries. Support audit readiness, risk mitigation, and governance activities across EMEA.
  • Communication, Enablement & Escalation Management: Lead benefits communications for assigned countries, including change communications and employee education. Support enablement of HR and Tier 1 teams to improve first‑contact resolution. Manage escalations thoughtfully, ensuring issues are resolved at the appropriate level.
  • Data, Insights & Reporting: Analyze utilization, cost trends, and employee feedback to inform recommendations. Support regional budget tracking and cost management in partnership with Finance. Provide insights to Global Benefits leadership and EMEA stakeholders.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Benefits leaders in the Americas and APAC. Support global initiatives including wellbeing programs, M&A integration, Workday enhancements, and benefits governance projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • CEBS, IFEBP, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in employee benefits within a multinational or matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management and prioritization, and teamwork capabilities.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • French language skills strongly preferred; additional EMEA languages a plus.

Additional Information

  • Location: UK or Poland (Hybrid and Remote opportunities available based on location and business needs).
  • Reports to: Head of Global Benefits.
  • Level: Manager.
  • Employment Type: Regular, Full‑Time.

Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience, education, and overall qualifications. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other protected status.
