We are seeking a results‑oriented and strategic Immigration Transformation Manager to lead high‑impact projects that shape and optimise our service delivery model. The role blends deep immigration expertise, project management, and transformational leadership to enhance operational processes, leverage technology, and embed continuous improvement, thereby improving efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Delivery Model Transformation
- Strategy Development: Design, develop and implement innovative solutions and strategies to transform the current immigration service delivery model in alignment with business objectives.
- Process Re‑engineering: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and lead process re‑engineering using Lean Six Sigma to increase productivity and quality.
- Technology Integration: Champion digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the selection and implementation of new technologies, automation and case management software to streamline operations.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition to new operational models, addressing cultural shifts and minimizing resistance across the team and stakeholders.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and implement new KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of the transformed delivery model.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems across the organization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent). Professional certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, GMS) is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in corporate immigration at a global law firm, with at least 3 years in a management role and proven experience leading process improvement or transformation projects.
- Expertise: Extensive, up‑to‑date knowledge of national and international immigration laws, policies, KPI/SLA contractual demands and procedures.
- Project & Change Management: Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex initiatives and drive organisational change.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and data analysis skills to identify trends, measure performance and make data‑driven decisions.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, inspiring teams through significant change.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and new challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Tech‑Savvy: Interest in AI application use in professional services preferred. Proficiency with immigration case management software/CRM tools and strong general technological literacy.
