In this position, you will play a key role within our Business Travel team specialised in Immigration for short-term travel. You will provide expert guidance, immigration-related support and client engagement management to optimise the business travel experience of our clients.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients with employees on business trips, offering exceptional service and support.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on the progress of trip assessments, address concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
- Serve as Immigration specialist for business travel related Immigration matters, including compliance with Immigration laws and regulations.
- Partner with the product team to ensure the immigration content in the platform is technically sound and up to date.
- Conduct complex thorough assessments and provide guidance on immigration related aspects of business travel, including visas, work permits and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to implement Immigration strategies for business travel, minimizing liabilities for both the company and the employee.
- Stay updated on international Immigration laws and regulations, offering insights and recommendations to clients based on changing Immigration landscape.
- Provide expert advice on Immigration and related matters to support business trip planning and execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the client base by understanding their evolving needs.
- Work to expand the client portfolio and nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Analyse Market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas and opportunities.
You will work on a variety of projects and workstreams as an immigration subject matter expert, including:
- Business traveler technology implementations
- Business traveler data analysis
- Business traveler governance support, including process mapping and policy drafting
- Supporting all aspects of business development specific to our business traveller offering (creating thought leadership and marketing materials, managing formal proposal processes, managing client demonstrations)
- Supporting the Business Traveler Services leadership as we continue to focus on delivering our growth strategy.
- Managing a challenging, evolving and varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop further opportunities with support of Partners, Directors and other mentors.
- Coach team members and drive the team to make a difference and deliver results in a responsible, authentic and passionate manner.
- Have an active role in training our junior and senior staff members promoting a learning culture.
- Bring business immigration knowledge, innovation and insight to create value for clients and the firm.
- Embrace the digital transformation being undertaken in our business.
- Directing and driving the commercial success of multiple engagements.
- Responsibility for managing immigration services within budgetary and time constraints while consistently delivering a strong level of client satisfaction.
- Being part of and contributing to fostering the fun working environment offered by Vialto and acting as an advocate to promote our continuous learning culture.
- Project management experience preferred but not crucial.
- Knowledge and/or experience working with the Posted Workers Directives will be positively valued.
This is a fixed, full-time role. It is a 12-month contract from date of hire. This is a hybrid position. Location: London.
