In this position, you will play a key role within our Business Travel team specialized in Immigration and the Posted Workers Directives or short-term travel. You will provide expert guidance, immigration-related support and client engagement management to optimise the business travel experience of our clients.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients with employees on business trips requiring immigration advice, offering exceptional service and support.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on the progress of trip assessments, address concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
- Serve as Immigration specialist for business travel related Immigration matters, including compliance with Immigration laws and regulations.
- Partner with the product team to ensure the immigration content in the platform is technically sound and up to date.
- Conduct complex thorough assessments and provide guidance on immigration related aspects of business travel, including visas, work permits and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to implement Immigration strategies for business travel, minimizing liabilities for both the company and the employee.
- Stay updated on international Immigration laws and regulations, offering insights and recommendations to clients based on changing Immigration landscape.
- Provide expert advice on Immigration and related matters to support business trip planning and execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the client base by understanding their evolving needs.
- Work to expand the client portfolio and nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas and opportunities.

This is a regular, full-time role. This is a hybrid position. Location: London.
