Role Summary
We are seeking a highly efficient, detail-oriented
Vacation Booking Expert & Fulfillment Specialist
to handle the accurate and timely execution of all client bookings. This role is crucial for ensuring that the client\’s planned itinerary translates perfectly into confirmed reservations. The ideal candidate must be adept at using various booking platforms, managing deadlines, and quickly solving discrepancies to uphold our standard of value-driven excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking and Fulfillment: Execute all confirmed travel reservations across various platforms (GDS, supplier portals, aggregators) including flights, hotels, car rentals, excursions, and activities.
• Accuracy and Quality Control: Meticulously review all booking confirmations against client itineraries to ensure 100% accuracy in dates, names, room categories, and included amenities (e.g., breakfast, transfers).
