Role Summary

Group Travel Coordinator
to manage the full lifecycle of our complex group bookings. This specialist will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring clear communication between the group leader, individual travelers, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities

  • Group Logistics Management: Manage all components of group travel, including room blocks, flight manifests, contracted dining, and private transfers for groups ranging from 10 to 100+ travelers.
  • Vendor and Contract Negotiation: Communicate directly with hotels, cruise lines, airlines, and ground operators to secure optimal group rates, contracts, and concessions, maximizing value for the client\’s budget.
