This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-growing, global digital platform business as Vice President of Finance. Reporting into the CFO, you will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and strengthening the external financial narrative as the business scales. You will lead a broad, international finance remit while acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team, helping steer long-term growth, governance, and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership to define and deliver long-term financial strategy.
- Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, capital allocation, and investment planning with a strong focus on profitability and cash discipline.
- Support investor engagement and external financial communications, ensuring clarity, rigour, and credibility.
- Evolve finance systems, controls, and reporting in readiness for a potential public-company environment.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders, turning insight into clear, commercial decision-making.
- Build scalable processes and infrastructure to support continued international growth.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across FP&A, Corporate Finance, Procurement, and PMO.
- Strengthen forecasting accuracy and executive-level visibility through close alignment with finance analytics.
- Oversee finance-led strategic initiatives to ensure disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Foster a culture that balances accountability, performance, and people development.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 5+ years at senior executive level.
- Direct experience in, or preparing for, a public-company or investor-led environment.
- Strong track record partnering with CFOs on external reporting, investor relations, and capital markets activity.
- Proven ability to build and scale FP&A and corporate finance functions in fast-growth, global organisations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations leaders.
- Confident leader with the ability to scale teams through delegation and talent development.
Nice to Have
- Experience across both B2C marketplace and B2B commercial models.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent strongly preferred.
