As a Volunteer Group support, you will provide a welcome presence for people coming into the service. Your role will include:
- Covering group support duties, and welcoming service users to the service.
- This is a psychosocial service, supporting the collection, collation and inputting of all Via service data as it relates to groups.
- Managing a local database and working with a national database that records a comprehensive information data set that informs understanding of the services performance and treatment outcomes.
- Being non-judgemental, calm, understanding and professional during sessions.
- Undertaking day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, photocopying and updating service user records.
- Participating in team meetings where relevant and carrying out other tasks as deemed necessary to support the needs of the service.
