The Role We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded, technology and operations leader to assist with the delivery of our technology strategy and operational execution as we scale. You’ll work closely with the founders and lead the interface between product, platform delivery, and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership: * Own and evolve the product & technology roadmap. We are currently in MVP phase and have several pilot clients who are working with us. * Manage outsourced dev teams: sprint planning, QA, and deliverables * Lead vendor and integration strategy (CRM, analytics, etc.) * Translate business needs into system and architecture requirements * Track tech budgets, resource usage, and delivery timelines Operational Oversight: * Run day-to-day operations across customer success, sales ops, compliance, and internal tooling * Assist the founder/CEO in building a team across all functions * Build and monitor dashboards for KPIs and user engagement * Create scalable workflows for onboarding, payments, and support * Ensure systems and processes support rapid scale-up without loss of control Founding-Level Collaboration: * Work closely with CEO/CTO to refine go-to-market execution * Contribute to board materials, investor updates, and due diligence packs * Be comfortable zooming in (debugging small issues) and zooming out (long-term strategy) You Should Have * Proven experience in a hybrid technology and operations type role at a fast-moving tech company * Thrive in ambiguity and be able to create structure from chaos * Have experience scaling operations at 10x growth rates * Can credibly manage technical discussions while driving commercial outcomes * Enjoy wearing multiple hats and rapid context switching * Excellent communication skills, especially when translating tech into business outcomes * Strong vendor and dev team management experience * A bias toward action and ownership – you make things happen * Familiarity with early-stage company life – ambiguity doesn’t scare you!
