This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Redbridge Adult Drug and Alcohol Service. They will be leading the team who deliver activities and interventions within our thriving Redbridge Recovery Hub. This includes daily abstinence-based groups, Family and Friends support, acupuncture, Women's Space, Capital Card Events, BRIC and ETE programmes, and professional training.
Team Leaders at Via are key to ensuring the delivery of excellent services, maintaining continuity of care, ensuring adequate cover for service delivery, meeting service contractual requirements and key performance indicators, and responding to internal and external audits and reviews. They support and develop recovery practitioners to be able to deliver effective case management of service users, including a thorough understanding of local pathways and safeguarding, in 121 and group settings. Team Leaders work effectively in partnership with stakeholders including those who use our services, staff and volunteers, to co-lead the development and maintenance of high-quality services ensuring adherence with all Via policies, practice and principles.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Usual hours are 9am-5pm, with some late duty in rotation with other Team Leaders.
