As a Strategic Finance Principal at Via, you will lead high-priority financial projects to drive rapid growth, guide corporate strategy and create long-term value. You’ll own critical financial work streams from start to finish, partnering directly with our executive leadership and cross-functional Sales, Product and Operations teams to manage risks and capture new business opportunities. Joining this high-impact team puts you at the heart of Via’s global scaling efforts, where your financial modeling and strategic insights will influence company-wide decision making.
About the Role:
- Drive global revenue strategy, including pricing structuring, go-to-market optimization, and incentive alignment across all product segments.
- Support high stakes deal negotiations through the development of rigorous financial modeling, acting as a strategic thought partner to the Partnerships, Growth, and Operations teams to streamline business processes.
- Work on corporate and business development initiatives, including financings, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Define and refine KPIs that guide leadership and support business-wide decision-making.
- Develop executive-ready materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic initiatives.
About You:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, transaction services or in strategic finance / corporate finance / FP&AA.
- Self-starter with excellent judgment, strong business intuition, and a bias for action.
- Fast-moving and responsive; you thrive in a dynamic environment and consistently deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
- Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills with a knack for robust simplicity.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; you’re able to both crunch numbers and discuss your analysis.
- Sophisticated understanding of corporate finance and accounting.
- Creative and solutions-oriented; you’re able to think on your feet when presented with a tough problem and willing to develop new approaches to challenges.

Compensation and Benefits:
Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable.
