The Opportunity

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you'll build relationships with businesses across the UK, introducing them to exclusive hospitality experiences at iconic sporting events.

You'll learn how to identify new opportunities, develop your own client portfolio and manage the full sales process from initial conversation through to closing the deal.

Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll receive continuous coaching to help you maximise your earnings and accelerate your career.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Learn how to generate new business through outbound calling, Linked In and market research
  • Speak with business owners and senior decision-makers across a range of industries
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients
  • Present premium corporate hospitality packages tailored to clients' needs
  • Develop long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities
  • Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while developing your commercial skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Sport, Sports Business, Sports Management or a related subject
  • Up to 3 years' experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or another office-based commercial role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence speaking on the phone
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
