A fast-growing consumer services company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join their remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales experience to work in a high-energy, customer-focused environment and develop their skills in both new customer acquisition and customer retention.
About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from potential and existing customers. You will play a key role in helping customers access services, retain their accounts, or upgrade their products, while meeting individual and team targets.
What You Will Do
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers enquiring about services and looking to join
- Manage calls from existing customers looking to add services or retain their accounts
- Meet call handling KPIs, including a minimum number of calls per hour and adherence to schedules
- Achieve sales and retention targets on a daily and weekly basis
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and call-backs efficiently
- Attend training, upskilling sessions, and team huddles to stay aligned and informed
