Product Manager – HR Tech Platform | London (Hybrid) | £Competitive + Bonus

Ready to step up from Associate/Junior PM into a role with real ownership?

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, global HR technology business that powers workforce management for some of the world's biggest brands across 140+ countries. Our client is scaling fast and they need a driven Product Manager to help shape the next phase of their platform.

This is a brilliant next-step opportunity for a PM who's ready to own specifications end-to-end, work hands-on with an in-house dev team, and help embed AI into a platform used at enterprise scale.

Why apply?

  • Join a genuinely high-growth business with a strong market position
  • Real autonomy - you'll own detailed product specs from idea to launch
  • Work alongside an experienced, collaborative product and development team
  • Get involved in shaping how AI is embedded into a market-leading platform
  • Central London office with 1 day/week remote flexibility
  • Share options, quarterly bonuses, wellness allowance, season ticket loan, and more

What you'll be doing:

  • Prioritising features and enhancements based on strategy, customer feedback, and market demand
  • Writing user stories and detailed specification documents to guide development
  • Partnering closely with Development, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support
  • Helping define product vision and roadmap, with a strong focus on AI-driven innovation
  • Engaging directly with customers to validate ideas and shape the roadmap
  • Tracking key metrics and using data to guide product decisions

What we're looking for:

  • 3–6 years' product management experience within a technology/platform business
  • Ideally, exposure to HR tech, RPO, MSP, EOR, contractor or vendor management platforms
  • A strong grasp of the recruitment marketplace, especially contractor/temp hiring
  • Proven ability to scope, prioritise, and translate requirements from varied stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
  • A genuine interest in how AI can enhance product value and process efficiency
  • Solid UX/UI instincts and comfort using data to drive decisions
  • A proactive, organised, sociable personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment

The package:

  • Quarterly team bonus and incentives
  • Central London office, 1 day/week remote
  • Monthly team socials + weekly team lunch
  • Annual wellness allowance
  • Season ticket loan
  • 25 days holiday

Sound like you?

This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling HR tech business at an exciting stage of growth, with genuine progression on offer.
