Are you a payroll professional ready to step into a pivotal role within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation? We\’re looking for a Payroll Officer to join our finance team and play a key part in ensuring seamless payroll operations across our business.
This role sits between Payroll Administrator and Payroll Manager—perfect for someone looking to grow their expertise while making a tangible impact.
The Role
As Payroll Officer, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payrolls across both weekly and monthly cycles. You\’ll work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and government bodies, ensuring payroll compliance and record-keeping excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Run weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time

Maintain employee records and process starters/leavers

Handle payroll deductions, tax code updates, and RTI submissions

Administer pensions, SMP, SPP, AOE, DWP, and CSA payments
