With offices across the UK and a strong, established brand, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full marketing function and make a lasting commercial impact.
The Role

You will build strong working relationships across Sales, Operations, and Partnerships, and will manage external agency partners to ensure marketing activity is always commercially focused and measurably effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the direction for marketing across the business, translating commercial objectives into clear strategies and plans.
- Take ownership of the brand, ensuring it is presented consistently and compellingly at every customer touchpoint.
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through well-executed multi-channel campaigns.
- Lead the digital presence of the business, including website experience, paid media, SEO, and social media.
- Build and optimise a CRM programme that deepens customer relationships and improves retention.
- Commission and oversee content that tells the brand story in a way that resonates with a premium audience.
- Identify and develop partnerships that extend the reach and reputation of the brand.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Take responsibility for the marketing budget, ensuring spend is justified and returns are tracked.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on performance, insight, and forward planning.
What We're Looking For
- A senior marketing leader with a track record of driving growth in a commercially demanding environment.
- Experience in hospitality, events, luxury, lifestyle, or a similarly customer-focused sector would be an advantage.
- Confident across the full marketing mix, from brand strategy through to performance marketing and CRM.
- Comfortable managing agencies, budgets, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Data‑literate, with the ability to turn insight into action.
- A strong communicator who can engage and influence at senior level.
- Energetic, ambitious, and personally invested in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
