We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing SME in North West London who are looking for a Management Accountant to own their finance function and report directly to the Director. You will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of their expanding company. This is a hands-on role with real visibility and strong potential for career advancement as the business expands.
What you'll do:
- Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
- Own bookkeeping and month-end close
- Present financial insights directly to the Director
- Supervise and develop junior finance staff
- Help build out the wider finance function as the company grows
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in a management accounting or similar finance role
- Solid bookkeeping and management accounts experience
- Part-qualified or qualified — AAT, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent (QBE considered)
- Experience supervising junior staff
- Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced SME environment
