As a Volunteer Family and Carers Practitioner, you will support the delivery of a wide range of interventions for service users. These will include:

  • Advising and assisting service users to access wider services and support organisations.
  • Offering one-to-one psychosocial sessions and checking in with clients.
  • Facilitating Family and Carers Group, if needed.
  • Completing any administrative tasks.
  • Promoting Family and Carers service throughout the borough of Merton.

In addition to the above you will be expected to participate in team meetings where relevant and to complete any necessary or desirable training.
