We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead Via's Redbridge, our adult drug and alcohol treatment service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. Via has recently been re‐awarded the contract to continue delivering this service, a recognition of the quality and impact of the work our team delivers every day.
As we build on that success, we are investing in strengthening our management structures across all Via services within the Borough – which also includes young people, sexual health, and smoking cessation services. This role sits at the heart of that ambition.
As Service Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the full breadth of the Redbridge Adult service, working closely with the Area Manager, a Deputy Service Manager, commissioners, partners, and the Redbridge management team to drive continuous improvement and deliver outstanding outcomes for the people we support.
This is a role for a confident, values‐led leader who is ready to shape the next chapter of Via Redbridge, developing a high‐performing team, embedding effective governance, and championing Via's values within a culture of recovery, inclusion, and innovation.
