Full-Time

Hybrid – Harrow, London (3 days in office).

Candidates must already be based in or within commuting distance of London/Harrow. We are unable to sponsor visas or support relocation for this role.

Via is supporting a growing digital marketing agency to recruit a Senior SEO Manager to join its expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEO professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with client relationship management.

Rather than simply delivering campaigns, you'll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, helping businesses improve their online visibility, generate more leads and achieve long-term growth.

The Role

You'll take ownership of multiple client accounts, creating and delivering SEO strategies that drive measurable business results.

Working closely with content specialists, developers and designers, you'll oversee technical SEO, content strategy, reporting and performance while identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.

This is a client-facing role where you'll lead strategy meetings, present campaign results and help shape the future direction of client campaigns.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and deliver SEO strategies that improve rankings, traffic and conversions
  • Carry out technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and content planning
  • Optimise websites for technical SEO, on-page SEO and Core Web Vitals
  • Deliver link building and digital PR campaigns
  • Manage Local SEO strategies and Google Business Profiles
  • Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush
  • Lead monthly client meetings and present campaign performance
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and become their SEO advisor
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and improve results
  • Support new business pitches with SEO expertise
  • Collaborate with developers, designers and content teams
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve SEO performance and efficiency

  • At least 3 years' SEO experience, ideally within a marketing agency
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page and Local SEO
  • Proven success improving organic rankings, traffic and conversions
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush
  • Word Press experience with a working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent presentation and client communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
