Remote with occasional office presence (UK). Travel expenses covered.
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded organisation delivering a portfolio of complex, high-impact projects that sit at the intersection of technology, operations and real-world delivery. The work is varied, visible and genuinely interesting - not endless status updates or rigid PMO process.
This role suits a capable, hands-on Project Manager who enjoys bringing clarity to ambiguity, working with smart people, and keeping momentum across multiple workstreams - without needing a grand title or heavy governance.
The role
You’ll manage a range of projects from kick-off through to delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. Projects vary in size and scope, but all require strong organisation, clear communication and a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach. This is not a senior leadership role, and it’s not a junior coordinator position either. You’ll be trusted to run your own projects, make sensible decisions, and escalate when needed — with autonomy and support.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing end-to-end delivery of multiple projects
- Creating and maintaining clear plans, timelines and priorities
- Coordinating stakeholders across different functions
- Identifying risks early and keeping projects moving
- Keeping communication clear, calm and structured
- Helping bring order and pace to fast-moving workstreams
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience delivering projects in a structured but flexible way
- Comfortable working in evolving, changeable environments
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Happy working remotely, with occasional travel for key meetings
- Sector background is flexible - transferable project delivery experience matters most.
Why this role
- Genuinely remote-first with sensible, ad hoc office presence
- Generous salary for a hands-on Project Manager role, with scope and autonomy to match
- Interesting, varied projects rather than repetitive delivery work
- Adult working culture built on trust and outcomes
- Travel expenses covered when required
If you’re a Project Manager who enjoys delivery, momentum and clarity - and wants to work on projects that actually go somewhere - this role is well worth exploring.
