We’re partnering with a leading luxury sports hospitality business to appoint an Operations & Events Manager to oversee the delivery of high‑end, global sporting experiences. You’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end event operations across elite events including Formula 1, Wimbledon, Royal Ascot, Six Nations and Premier League fixtures, ensuring flawless execution at every stage. This is a senior, hands‑on role combining operational leadership, stakeholder management, and on‑site delivery across UK and international events.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead delivery of premium hospitality and live sports events end‑to‑end
  • Manage venues, suppliers and key stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee logistics, stock and event operations across multiple events
  • Lead and develop a small operations team
  • Own budgets, forecasting and event performance
  • Drive continuous improvement and enhance client experience
  • Support on‑site delivery of flagship VIP hospitality products
