Education Practitioner – Subwize Young Person's Service Lead the delivery and development of Subwize's literacy and numeracy programmes across Barking & Dagenham.
Support young people who have been identified as having unmet educational needs, ensuring they receive high‐quality, tailored interventions that improve their academic outcomes and overall engagement with learning.
Play a key role in coordinating education support provision, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring Subwize's internal referral processes are effective, responsive, and aligned with the needs of young people.
