Digital Marketing & Communications Lead

At Via, our mission is to provide the best health and wellbeing support to as many people as possible, helping them to change their lives for the better.

Last year, we supported over 11,000 people across the UK affected by alcohol and drug use.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced and growing organisation.

We’re looking for someone who loves digital, someone who gets a kick out of a website that works well, a social post that lands, or a newsletter people actually open.

You’ll take the lead on our digital channels: our website, social media, intranet and more.

You’ll write and publish content that is clear, engaging and true to who we are, and you’ll keep our website accurate and up‑to‑date using our CMS.

You’ll create video content, run our social channels day to day, and look after our intranet so it’s genuinely useful for staff.

You’ll also keep an eye on the numbers, website analytics, social insights and use what you learn to do things better next time.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and with colleagues across Via, from service leads to subject‑matter experts, bringing digital thinking into their plans from the start.

You’ll be the person the team turns to for digital know-how.

This is not just a job – you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
