Role Overview: This is a front‑line sales role focused on new client acquisition. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and booking meetings with HR leaders, hiring managers, and business owners. Success will be measured by new employer sign‑ups and job postings on Via.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold‑call potential employers to introduce Via and generate interest
- Research target companies and decision‑makers across priority sectors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Book meetings and demos for senior sales/leadership team
- Hit weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets
