Do you want to lead a team to transform people’s lives? If the answer is yes, this could be the perfect job for you! We are seeking a motivational and performance driven manager to embed, lead and deliver our holistic service to Surrey residents. The role is extremely rewarding and you can make a lasting positive impact. A normal week would involve:
- Field mentoring staff to model an IPS approach.
- Monitor and manage performance to meet key deliverables.
- Leading meetings and forums to enhance joint working.
- Engaging employers to develop partnerships.
The IPS into Work is a dedicated team that supports residents in finding meaningful, sustainable paid employment that fits into their career aspirations and recovery journey. The service is holistic and personalised with a track record of changing lives!
You will work across Surrey across multiple locations including i-access, Laurel House, Farnham Rd, Guildford GU2 7LX to lead and drive the team with a willingness to travel as required. There will also be remote working, and working in the communities. All reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed, and having a car will be advantageous.
